MOSCOW, Jul 18 (PRIME) -- Irkutsk Oil Company and China Pingmei Shenma Energy Chemical Group have signed an agreement of intent to establish a gas refining joint venture, the Russian company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The companies will jointly do a technical feasibility study. The utility is to be equipped with tools produced in both countries.
